Start with clean, dry skin. Place the mask comfortably on your face and secure the adjustable straps. We recommend 10-20 minute sessions, 3-5 times per week for optimal results. You can relax, read, or meditate during your session. Consistency is key for achieving the best anti-aging benefits.
LED light therapy is FDA-cleared and safe for most users. However, you should avoid using the mask if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, are taking photosensitizing medications, or have active skin cancer. If you have any medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before use.
