No Returns for Change of Mind For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse once an order has been processed. We encourage you to review all product specifications and technology details thoroughly before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items Your satisfaction and the integrity of your Serein device are our top priorities. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item, we will provide a replacement unit at no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Replacement Claim:

Review Process: Our team will review your claim within 1–3 business days. Once verified, a replacement will be dispatched to your original shipping address.
Exchanges Due to the medical and hygienic nature of our devices, we do not offer exchanges for different models or colors once the original item has been shipped.
Refunds (If Applicable) In the rare event that a replacement for a verified defective unit is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
