The Serein Standard: Quality & Performance Assurance

Every Serein device is engineered, inspected, and tested to The Serein Standard before it leaves our facility.

Returns (Unopened Items)

If your order doesn't suit your ritual, unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To start a return, email info@sereinshop.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Opened Devices

Because our devices are personal-care hardware that comes into direct contact with skin, we cannot accept returns of opened or used devices for change of mind. Please review product specifications carefully before purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact info@sereinshop.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photo or video evidence. After verification (1-3 business days), we will, at your choice, send a replacement unit at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
