1. Order Processing Time (Handling)
Every Serein Glow Mask and Solis Panel undergoes a quality inspection before leaving our facility.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Operational Hours: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.

In the event of a high volume of orders (such as during major seasonal launches), please allow an additional 24–48 hours for processing.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit)
To provide a seamless boutique experience, we offer Complimentary Tracked Shipping on all orders within the United States.
Total Delivery Time: Customers can expect to receive their orders within 9–15 business days from the date of purchase.
3. Shipment Origin
To ensure consistent quality control and reliable domestic logistics, all orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our distribution centers within the United States.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Transparency is key to the Serein experience.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Domestic Only: At this time, we exclusively ship to addresses within the United States.

PO Boxes: We do ship to PO Boxes; however, please note that transit times may be slightly extended depending on local postal carrier efficiency.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Serein is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: Domestic U.S. customers typically do not incur these fees.
7. Damages & Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify our support team within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
